We will provide an itemized cost sheet, a list of custom options specific to your home, finalize the contract, and confirm financial details. From there, the process begins!
Now the fun! We will meet with our vendors to finalize selections for specific items such as: appliances, cabinets, countertops, floor coverings, plumbing fixtures, stone, lighting, and paint colors!
From foundation to completion, we see through the scheduling of the build. As progress continues, meetings will be scheduled to discuss updates, electrical work, and custom trim work.
After a final walk-through and warranty information, we will have the honor of presenting you the keys to your new Eagle Home! Welcome to the family!
