Eric Vanderploeg grew up on jobsite dirt. From backfilling basements to job clean-up, you could say building was in his blood.

As the grandson of Ron Stubbs, a developer and custom home builder, Eric was in his grandfather's own words his "right hand man." Ron had a reputation of quality, integrity, and hard work in every aspect of his life. Eric strives to continue in his grandfather's legacy with each and every house he builds.

Eric and Kayla are blessed to be the parents of Ella, Clayton, and Gage. So proud in fact, you just might see a floor plan named after them!
